About Juan
I've spent my life pushing my body at the highest levels. Swimming for the Mexican Olympic team. Competing nationally in Taekwondo. Training through university at Tepeyac.
That journey taught me how to perform safely and sustainably, without burning out. Now I help busy professionals build that same foundation, so they can stay strong for life.
